Stokes Point Smoked Cheddar
Produced in the region of King Island, Stokes Point Smoked Cheddar is made in a traditional way from pasteurised cow’s milk. Comes with an excellent edible golden rind that is acquired during maturation. Its rich, smoky flavour leaves a fantastic relish in the mouth. Requires an aging period of about nine months, then is smoked with Tasmanian hardwood. Can be used as a preservative. Enjoyed with Coltibuono Cetamura Chianti’01, Avignonesi Vino Nobile ’00 and Seghesio Home Ranch Zinfandel ’01.
