Tarago River Gippsland Camembert
Tarago River Gippsland Camembert is produced in Brie curds Camembert style. Traditionally small in size. Comes with an earthy and musty rind. Made from cow’s milk. Has a crusty white exterior with some internal eyes that are attained on maturation. Aged for around 6-7 weeks or further 2-4 weeks if required. It softens slightly on aging. Mellow and creamy, greatly enjoyed with chardonnay.
