Tarago River Triple Cream
Tarago River Triple Cream as the name suggests comes with a lot of cream. Different from a normal Brie. Comes with a harsh rind, that is not eaten if it is not matured early, and a soft, creamy interior with a classic taste. Made from cow’s milk, contains white Candidium cultures that flourish on the outside of the cheese in 10 days thus helping in producing a kind of tart flavour under the rind. Served with juicy fruits. Enjoyed with desserts.
