Tasmanian Heritage Signature Brie
Tasmanian Heritage Signature Brie is an extremely soft cheese with an exclusively rich creamy interior and a strong earthy flavour. Made from cow’s milk using traditional French methods. Should be stored at +2°C and +4°C, avoid freezing. It is removed from the refrigerator 20-60 minutes before serving. Appreciated with fresh pear, dried or glace peach, apricots, mango, walnuts or pecan nuts. Served on the cheese trays accompanied with Chardonnay, full-bodied Cabernet and Sauvignon.
