Tomme de Brach
Made from sheep's milk, Caillada de Vouillos is soft textured cheese. Also named as Caillada de Vouillos, this cylindrical shaped cheese is manufactured on the farms of Limousin region of central France. It takes around 2-4 months to get matured. When aged, it offers around 45% of fat content and natural rind. Best eaten in spring and summer. Also, it can be served with fullbodied red wine.
