Manufactured at the Sprout Creek Farm in US, the Toussaint cheese is made from 100% high quality raw milk. It is mold ripened for a minimum of 3 months. The tangy flavour and the dry texture is the forte of the Toussaint. As the cheese ages, the flavour intenses more and more. In fact, it is always better to taste a more aged Toussaint cheese for a lingering and earthy flavour. Wines like Pinot Noir blend well with Toussaint.
