Vendôme Bleu is a farm cheese made from Cow’s milk in the Touraine province of France. Comes with a beautiful rind that varies from white to pale blue. Requires around 4 weeks to attain maturity. Summer and autumn are regarded as the best seasons for the production of delicious Vendôme Bleu. Adored with Beaujolais on the cheese palette. Also served with all kinds of light red wine.
