Ingredients

200g tomatoes
150g feta cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
200g rigatoni or penne
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a baking dish, combine chopped tomatoes, feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.
