1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed | |
150g goat cheese, crumbled | |
2 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced | |
1 large onion, thinly sliced | |
2 tablespoons olive oil | |
1 tablespoon honey (optional) | |
100g Gouda cheese, grated | |
Salt and pepper to taste | |

Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
