Ingredients
500g cauliflower, cut into florets | |
2 tablespoons olive oil | |
1 tablespoon butter | |
100g Gouda cheese, grated | |
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard | |
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs | |
Salt and pepper to taste | |
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) |
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets
- Melt the butter and mix it with the olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss cauliflower florets in the olive oil sauce
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and tender.
- In a bowl, mix grated Gouda, Dijon mustard, and breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle the Gouda mixture evenly over the roasted cauliflower.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
