Amul Processed Cheese produced by Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (Amul) is made from graded cow/buffalo milk using microbial rennet. The cheese is available in blocks, tins, slices and chiplets. It is a good melting cheese that can be used in a wide variety of recipes, be it soups, pasta, pizzas, toasted bread or casseroles.
