Cheddar with Irish Porter

Irish Porter is an award winning, pasteurised cow's milk cheese produced by J.O.D. Foods, Effin, Kilmallock, Ireland under the brand name "Old Irish Creamery".  This handcrafted cheese, produced using Guinness-brewer Porter is smooth in texture with a distinctive marbled pattern which is the most attractive part of the cheese.  The cheese has won a silver medal at the World Cheese Awards 2011.
