Walnut Cheddar is an awards winning, pasteurised cow's milk cheese produced by J.O.D. Foods, Effin, Kilmallock, Ireland under the brand name "Old Irish Creamery".  This handcrafted cheese, produced using traditional methods is delicious,  with a crunchy nutty flavour. The cheese has won a gold medal at the Nantwich (UK) International Cheese Show 2012.
