Coming from the Spanish region of Fornells de la Selva in Gironès, Selva is a soft, supple, salty cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk. The aroma is very pleasant thanks to the use of full cream. It is matured for one month before being introduced to cheese connoisseurs.
