Basils Original Rauchkäse

Basils Original Rauchkäse is a semi-soft cheese produced with the highest quality pasteurised cow's milk from the Bavarian Alps.  It is made according to a centuries-old process, which includes smoking the cheese over Bavarian birch and spruce wood. This unique specialty is available in various flavours. It is a completely natural cheese manufactured entirely without additives or preservatives.
