Juno is a soft, fresh goat's milk cheese from Yarra Valley Dairy located 50 kilometers from Melbourne, Victoria in Australia. A cheese is marinated with juniper berries, rosemary, green olives, roasted capsicum, garlic and olive oil. This moist and soft cheese has Mediterranean flavour.
