Persian Fetta is flagship cheese of Yarra Valley Dairy located 50 kilometers from Melbourne, Victoria in Australia. A wonderful soft and creamy with lush buttery finish cheese with salty tang is made from cow's milk, marinated in garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns, fresh thyme and olive oil. It is suitable for rockets, chickpeas, roast root vegetables or crumble over tarts, stuff in ravioli.

A great accompaniment for sparkling wines, pear or apple cider and Rose.
