Cape Vessey
Cape Vessey is a semi-soft, washed-rind goat's milk cheese named after the rocky cliffs close to the Fifth Town Artisan Cheese dairy. It is a firm cheese with a slightly chewy, rustic, honey-brown rind that turns copper as it ages. The aroma is tangy while the semi-soft paste has a sweet and delicate flavour, creamy mouth feel with a hint of acidity.
