Cressy Blu is a raw milk blue cheese made from Bruna Alpina cows raised in the Lombardy region of Italy. The cheese is aged for 90 days in special limestone aging cells to develop creamy, sweet, savoury flavours. It pairs well with full-bodied wine, hot fruit chutney, rye bread, onion preserves and sweet liqueurs.
