Lyburn's Winchester, pasteurised a cow's milk cheese is a matured version of Lyburn Gold, aged for 9 months. Falling between Cheddar and Gouda, it offers a creamy, subtly nutty flavor and is suitable for vegetarians.
This cheese won a silver medal at the 2024 British Cheese Awards.
