Sourire Lozerien is a French cheese that comes from the village of Luc in the Cevennes region of Languedoc. Ripened for two weeks, the cheese has the smell of a musty cellar and a sweet, light and fresh taste. The soft, white paste goes great with a green salad and a drizzle of olive oil. It is best served at room temperature for the cheese develops its full flavours. It contains only 25% fat.
