LaClare Farms Martone

Martone is mild and creamy with sweet tangy finish cheese made from whole pasteurised cow and goat milk, made by the LaClare Family Farm based in Wisconsin, USA since 1978. The ash covered Martone is a mild, buttery flavour and citrus finish cheese with a pleasant tang. This mixed cheese is surfaced ripened for 10 days and has approximately a month’s shelf life.

It is great for the cheese boards or served with fruit and crackers. Martone can be used as an appetizer, spread over crackers or bread with a fruit preserve on top. It often goes well with fruity wines or light beers.
