Caveman Blue is a blue cheese made using rBST-free, organic pasteurized cow's milk. A natural rind cheese is cave-aged for at least two months, resulting in a fudgy, creamy texture with notes of shitake mushroom, sweet golden beets and brown butter. This vegetarian-friendly and gluten-free cheese is Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth. The cheese has won several awards since 2010.
