Classics Fresh Mozzarella is a fresh milky cheese, made in the style of Italian fresh mozzarella. This cow's milk cheese is produced by Crave Brothers - Charles, Thomas, Mark and George at their Crave Brothers Dairy Farm in Wisconsin.
There are different types of mozzarella available at the farm:
