Cold Pack cheese is produced by blending two or more varieties of fresh and aged natural cheese without the aid of heat. This cheese is also known as club cheese, comminuted cheese, or crock cheese.
The appearance of Cold Pack is similar to natural cheese. Its texture is soft, creamy and spreadable. Sometimes it is flavoured with spices, fruits, vegetables or meats for that extra kick. During the period of ripening, it changes its colour from white to orange and the taste of the cheese sharpens. Cold Pack is available in balls, logs, bulk tubs and party cakes. It is used as a table cheese for snacks and breakfast.
