LaClare Farms Evalon is a semi-hard cheese made from whole raw goat’s milk. This American original cheese inspired by traditional European-style cheeses offers a smooth texture, and a rich, nutty flavor with piquant and caramel-like notes.
Evalon is aged for at least four months.
