What is Lindale Cheese?
Lindale is a semi-soft cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk. Produced using traditional Dutch methods, it is matured in special caves for 4 to 8 months. Lindale is very similar to Gouda, with a creamy, smooth texture and a buttery, sweet flavor. As it ripens, it develops brothy and umami notes with a pleasant caramel finish.
